The proclamation recognizes that the FOTH has operated the current shelter as a good neighbor since 2005 and has provided shelter, food, clothing, and a wide variety of services to thousands of local residents. The proclamation also recognizes the work of the staff to help shelter guests find permanent housing and employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connie Clark and Rev.
